Jeremy Deck, our founder and CEO, sells his first home to a client for $20,000 in cash. At the end of this year Deck switched brokerage companies. 

Starting this year with a new managing broker. Deck finished the year with 40 transactions representing $2,273,935 in SOLDS. Out of 85 Realtors in his local MLS Deck is ranked #9 for the year 2012.

Mr. Deck continues his success representing buyers & sellers with 64 transactions and $3,370,000 SOLDS making him #6 in his MLS. 

Deck will finish this year with 71 transactions representing $4.1 Million in SOLDS and placing him as #2 Realtor in his local MLS. Deck continues his own personal success by opening up DECK REALTY GROUP in November of 2014.

As the first full year as Deck Realty Group Mr. Deck will finish 5th in his MLS. In 2015 Deck represented 76 transactions with a total of $4,362,451. His best personal record yet.

This year Deck Realty Group grew from 1 agent to 4. Mr. Deck finished 5th in his local MLS with 61 transactions representing $4,602,960 in sales personally. His company Deck Realty Group finished also 5th with 80 transactions representing $5,364,058. 

Owner Jeremy Deck finished 7th in his MLS with 51 transactions representing $3,278,700. His company Deck Realty Group finished overall 6th with 60 transactions representing $4,437,700 in transactions for the year.

Deck Realty group had an excellent year again for the 4th year in a row since opening Deck Realty Group. We did over 100 transactions this year representing $6.5 million dollars in real estate. Owner, Jeremy Deck had just over $4 million in transactions. 

Deck Realty group had an excellent year again for the 5th year in a row since opening Deck Realty Group. We did 98 transactions this year representing $7.7 million dollars in real estate. We added 2 new brokers to our firm. We are still the #1 agency in Northern Vermilion County, IL.

This year started out with a world wide pandemic that affected everyone. After sitting idle for several months we were able to finish the year strong with 113 transactions and $8.6 million. We ended up being number #5 in Vermilion County. 

Deck Realty Group continued its success during a world wide pandemic. With hard work and determination we ended 2021 with finishing 3rd in Vermilion County (out of 28 firms)  with 117 transactions representing $10.4 million.
